Ensuring fair, transparent, and evidence-based recruitment:

We support the Australian and Queensland Public Service in attracting and selecting the right person for the job based on sound, evidence-based decision-making, by recruiting the eligible person best suited for the position by holistically assessing the candidates suitability for a role.

 

Providing independent records:

We take detailed notes during interviews and prepare selection reports, ensuring a clear and defensible record of the recruitment and selection process. 

 

Supporting selection panels:

Our job is relieve selection panels of time-consuming tasks, allowing them to focus on the key issues during interviews and make sound decisions. 

 

Ensuring compliance:

We ensure that recruitment processes align with relevant legislation, policies, and protocols, such as the Public Sector Act 2022  and the Recruitment and Selection Directive (07/23), the Capability and Leadership Framework, and the Queensland Government Inclusion and Diversity Strategy 2021–2025.
